Our snow removal services are available from November 15th of the current calendar year to April 15th of the following calendar year.
Snow will be cleared within 0-12 hours, if you picked our priority service package it will be cleared within 0-6 hours of snow fall.
A windrow is the snow left at the end of your driveway after a city plow clears the road. We clear windrows if the city plow passes before our visit. If the city passes after our visit, the cost will be 50-100$ flat rate to remove the windrow.
EcoSalt is an eco-friendly ice melter that we sell for 37$+hst for a 25KG pail, the pail will be placed of your property through out the winter season, staff will apply ice melter free of charge after every snow event. Eco- friendly ice melter is recommended after every snow event, if not ice will form on your property making it unsafe, causing slippery hazards. Eco- friendly ice melter is meant to protect surfaces from ice build up, and melting any ice on the property.
Yes, you may choose to supply your own ice melter. However, please note that without an ice melter, there may be increased snow and ice accumulation between our visits.
Cleared snow will be placed on your property at our crew’s discretion. We clear the entire driveway, we do not leave snow on the side of basement window wells, like how some other companies do.
No, our standard services do not include ice removal. Ice removal is an extra service at a cost of 100-150$ an hour.
Payment can be made in two equal installments: the first upon signing the contract and the second on February 1st. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, or e-transfer to silverlightpayment@gmail.com.
We will not run out of eco- friendly ice melter, we have teamed up with a supplier to cover our eco-friendly ice melter needs all winter.
Any additional services beyond those outlined in your contract can be discussed and added through an Addendum. This will include any extra costs associated with the new services.
No, Silverlight Snow Removal cannot be held liable for slip and fall incidents or property damage under the terms of our service agreement.
