Window Cleaning & Eavestrough Technician (Full-Time / Seasonal)

Location: Toronto & the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

As an Exterior Property Maintenance Technician, you will be the face of Silverlight on the field. You will perform high-quality manual window cleaning, gutter clearing, eavestrough cleaning, downspout flushing, and pressure washing for premium residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform meticulous, hand-detailed window cleaning (interior & exterior), frames, and tracks.
  • Clear leaves, debris, and mud from eavestroughs and perform downspout flushing safely.
  • Set up, stabilize, and scale extension ladders securely (up to 3-4 stories).
  • Maintain professional communication with clients on-site to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Maintain vehicle inventory and keep state-of-the-art equipment clean and organized.

Requirements

  • No fear of heights: Must be completely comfortable working on tall ladders and roofs.
  • Physical stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving actively throughout the day.
  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License (G License): Clean driving record is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail: A commitment to “getting it right the first time.”
  • Punctual, respectful, and a strong team-player mindset.
  • Experience in window cleaning, roofing, or roofing drainage is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
